Just like daddy

There is something about this picture that just looks so much like Craig. I can't really pin my finger on what it is - but wow - she looks just like him in this one. 

Ruffled Sleeves

It's so much fun having a girl and being able to dress her in clothes that have ruffled sleeves. 

Lazy Weekends

We spent the weekend just laying around the house being lazy. It was great! 

Happy Valentine's Day

Emmeline and I woke up and made heart shaped pancakes for Craig. I hope you all have a wonderful Valentine's Day weekend full of love and all things sweet. 

4 months (plus a week)

Emmeline is now a little over 4 months and is doing great. At the doctor's today she weighed 13.8 lbs, and her height was at 24 inches. Which puts her in the 50% for weight and 75 % for height. The doctor was pleased with her progression and we're just so happy she's growing so well. She is smiling all the time now, and laughs when we dance or wave a towel in front of her. She can grasp just about anything she can get her hands on and brings everything to her mouth. She rolled over once from her back to her front but she hasn't done that in a couple weeks so I'm not sure if we're considering it a true milestone. Overall Emmeline is a super easy baby, she's pretty easy going and is almost always in a great mood. Really, the only time she fusses is when she's getting hungry or she's tired. We're so luck y to have such a sweet girl. 

chubby cheeks

Emmeline has some seriously chubby cheeks. It is always the first thing strangers comment about. They always ask if she's storing food in them and I laugh and say she inherited them from her father. 

Time with Grandma

We spent last week hanging out with Grandma and Roger. Emmeline also got to meet with your great grandparents. I didn't get a chance to get pictures of them together since my grandma was sick most of the time.  We had a great time visiting, shopping, and just hanging out. Thanks Mom!!! 

Emmeline also got to meet her cousin, Nevada, who is only 4 days older.  Can you believe the size difference? They call her their little tank. We call Emmeline our little peanut. They had a great time hanging out and would grab each others hands - it was super cute. We can't wait to see how they have changed when we go back for Easter.
