Ignore the hair color and I think we may have long lost twins here. When Emmeline's hair is wet - it's super curly and every once in awhile a curl sticks around for a day or two right on the top of her head. I just love it!
I realized that we don't have a ton of pictures of the two of us - since i'm usually the person behind the camera. So...i've decided to take pictures of us at least once a week with the self timer.
Emmeline is getting so big. I think she's about 12 pounds now and is really starting to get pudgy arms and legs. Plus - her cheeks are just so cute - people keep asking me is she's storing food in them.
Miss Emmeline has a new trick - she straightens her back as stiff as possible and tries to slide out of her bouncy seat. It's quite hilarious to watch but makes me nervous for what's to come. I guess I will need to start using the straps in that seat until she can get herself safely in and out on her own.
The Saturday after Christmas Emmeline was baptized in Erie. We had a lovely little ceremony with our families and then all ate dinner at my dad's house. Thanks dad!
Thank you to my sister, Lyn, and Craig's sister, Alissa, for being wonderful godparents. Emmeline is lucky to have such amazing aunts that love her so much.
I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday. Our Christmas was really nice but super busy. Unfortunetely I took very few photo's of the holiday's and none of the New Year. I have got to get better at that.
